If you're a creative, organized, and analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nSupport the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.\nCoordinate the development of marketing assets, content, and campaign messaging across email, web, social media, sales enablement, events, and other digital channels.\nMaintain brand consistency across marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints.\nManage project timelines, campaign calendars, promotional schedules, workflows, and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to meet deadlines.\nPartner with Creative, Sales, Merchandising, Digital teams, and Staples business units to execute go-to-market initiatives and support customer engagement.\nMonitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide reporting insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.\nConduct market, competitive, and industry research to inform campaign planning and strategic decision-making.\nSupport event marketing, seller enablement materials, and sales tools that strengthen customer engagement and solution adoption.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nStrong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on insights.\nExperience developing marketing content, campaign messaging, and customer-facing materials.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nUnderstanding of customer engagement, lead generation, demand generation, and multichannel marketing strategies.\nStrong business acumen and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.\nPassion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering meaningful customer experiences.\nWhat’s needed - Basic Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, communications, or a related field.\nExperience using Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and support decision-making.\nExperience with Marketo, Salesforce, or comparable marketing automation and email marketing platforms.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.\nWorking knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration tools.\nDemonstrated analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.\nWhat’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.\n2-4 years of relevant marketing experience.\nExperience working with marketing agencies, creative partners, or external vendors.\nExperience supporting lead generation, demand generation, or integrated marketing campaigns.\nKnowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing best practices.\nExperience with marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimization.\nCopywriting and content development experience.\nFamiliarity with layout, print production, and creative development processes.\nWe Offer:\nInclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups\nFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)\nOnline and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
