There will be frequent and regular communication with the Variable comp team members, sales leadership, as well as sales strategy teams. This role will report to the Manager, Variable Sales Compensation to develop and maintain variable comp payment and reporting, facilitate change, and process improvement as well as administer the team’s dashboards. Analyses performed by this role will influence variable comp strategy and design.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nAdminister accurate and timely commission and SPIFF payments while meeting SLAs and ensuring sales employees are paid correctly and on schedule.\nManage incentive compensation plan administration through detailed analysis, issue resolution, and proactive stakeholder communication, delivering a high level of accuracy, process consistency, and customer service.\nPossess the unique ability to bridge the gap between sales teams and technology.\nGain knowledge of the multitude of dashboards (variable compensation) and reporting utilized by the sales organization from both a business and technical perspective.\nPerform ad hoc reporting and analysis, investigating issues and providing explanations and interpretation.\nAssist in administering the team's reporting environment.\nEnsure Anaplan models adhere to standards and include appropriate security and audit controls.\nDevelop and maintain documentation in support of project design, change control, and user testing.\nBe responsible for the development, automation, compilation, and preparation of reports under general supervision.\nMonitor, identify, investigate, prioritize, remediate, and communicate data quality issues.\nLead requirements-gathering sessions and provide thought leadership throughout the requirements-gathering process.\nReview use cases and conceive and execute proof-of-concept models.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to handle complex information.\nProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.\nWhat’s needed- Basic Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience working with both finance and technical teams.\nIntermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.\nAbility to translate financial business processes into technical solutions.\nExperience with complex data modeling, particularly in finance or compensation-related environments.\nStrong data analysis and business acumen.\nWhat’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:\nExperience with the Anaplan Connected Planning platform.\nExperience with business intelligence tools, including Power BI and Tableau.\nExperience working with Microsoft Access.\nExperience supporting sales compensation operations.\nWe Offer:\nInclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups\nFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)\nOnline and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more perks and benefits!\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
