In this highly collaborative role, you will lead projects from concept through delivery, developing compelling work that advances brand, marketing, and business objectives across digital, social, paid media, and emerging channels.\nWhat you will be doing:\nConceptualize and create motion-first content for digital, social, paid media, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.\nLead projects from concept through execution, including research, storyboarding, production, editing, motion design, and final delivery.\nProduce motion graphics, animation, video, and multimedia content that supports brand and business objectives.\nCapture and edit video content in office, retail, studio, and on-location environments.\nUse generative AI tools to support ideation, content creation, visualization, editing, and production efficiency.\nPartner with marketing, writers, designers, merchandising, digital, and business stakeholders to identify and develop compelling storytelling opportunities.\nPresent creative concepts and finished work to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.\nEnsure content aligns with brand standards, quality expectations, and channel-specific best practices.\nEvaluate emerging creative technologies, trends, and platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.\nImprove content creation workflows, production processes, and AI-enabled creative capabilities.\nMentor junior content creators and creative team members, while providing project-based direction to freelancers, contractors, and agency partners.\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\nStrong visual storytelling skills and creative problem-solving abilities.\nDeep curiosity about emerging technologies, generative AI, and evolving creative trends.\nAbility to balance creative excellence with business objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.\nStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nEffective presentation and communication skills, with confidence influencing creative and non-creative stakeholders.\nWhat’s needed: Basic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of professional experience in content creation, motion graphics, digital design, video production, social media content creation, or a related creative discipline.\nAdvanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.\nExperience producing motion graphics, video content, and digital creative assets for digital, social, paid media, or marketing campaigns.\nHands-on experience using generative AI tools within creative workflows.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, motion design, and content creation expertise.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in content creation, motion design, digital marketing, or creative production.\nExperience within retail, eCommerce, B2B, agency, or omnichannel marketing environments.\nExperience with AI-powered image, video, and content generation platforms.\nProficiency with tools such as Figma, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Sketch, or HTML/HTML5-based design platforms.\nExperience leading creative projects from concept through final execution.\nExperience mentoring junior creative professionals or coordinating creative contributors.\nDemonstrated success implementing emerging technologies into creative workflows.\nPortfolio showcasing motion-first storytelling and AI-enabled creative innovation.\nWe Offer:\nInclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups\nFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)\nOnline and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
