If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising and rewarding careers, we want to hear from you.\nSpecifically, You Will:\nSupport in executing day-to-day Talent Acquisition strategies to further drive the team’s operational excellence across compliance and system utilization\nScreen job requisition to assess applicant’s suitability and book interviews accordingly\nAssist in making recommendations for process improvement to further drive results and solutions across the Talent Acquisition enterprise\nParticipate in career fairs and information sessions to further build awareness surrounding Staples opportunities\nTrack and report talent acquisition activities for all required metrics\nRespond to external inquiries regarding job opportunities at Staples\nAdminister and maintain network referral program\nSome of what you need:\nMinimum of 1-2 years of years previous recruitment experience preferred\nMinimum of 1-2 years of previous talent acquisition/HR (or related field) coordination support\nPrevious experience in retail with talent acquisition is a definite asset\nUniversity Degree/Post-secondary education required or related experience preferred\nCertificate/Degree in Human Resources Management completed or in progress\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
