This role is the conduit between the Technology team and the lines of business. They translate the requirements from the business teams, and has an understanding of its execution from a technology perspective. This role builds relationships and liaises with various stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the impact of any changes to products or services on our employee processes and customer engagement.\nSpecifically, You Will:\nWork with business stakeholders to identify solutions which enable their line of business\nResearch and assess new technologies and provide recommendations to leadership team\nChampion the needs of the business throughout the product lifecycle and ensuring what is delivered meets the original objectives\nEnsure successful product delivery by proactively identifying risk and implementations migrations \nCreate and maintain product roadmaps for the applications within your portfolio \nProvide updates to senior leadership on health and progress of product roadmaps \nAlways be on the lookout for ways to improve process and implement new technologies \nWork within a team of product owners, developers and quality assurance analyst\nPartners with vendors on current and future product needs. Supports the requests for quotes (RFQ) process with vendors, including analysis of vendor options when exploring new vendor relationships.\nIdentify, communicate and/or escalate issues, risks/dependencies, change requests and status to manage stakeholders’ expectations.\nSome of what you need:\n6-8 years working as a business analyst or technical role within the retail industry \n5+ years in large scale technology implementations across an organization \nStrong knowledge of emerging or available retail products and solutions \nDegree in business, economics or engineering with relevant work experience \nStrong understanding and working knowledge of IT Retail Technology and Infrastructure.\n\nYou are a creative problem solver who thinks digital first and can work in an ambiguous environments\n\nA team player who is willing to share knowledge within the team and help others grow\n\nYou are always up to date on new technologies and how the industry is changing\n\nA strong understanding of retail applications and operation models\n\nCan distill complex details into a concise and clean manner for decision making purposes\n\nPhysical demands/working conditions:\nOffice environment -
