You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.\nStarbank - Bierton Road (Primary) is looking for an exceptional Early Years Practitioner with a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework to work alongside the class teacher to deliver an ambitious Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum through purposeful play, high-quality interactions and strong routines.\nYou will have:\nLevel 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the Department for Education (e.g. Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development). \nExperience of working with children aged 3-5 years. \nExperience within a Nursery or Early Years setting. \nStrong understanding of child development from ages 3-5 years. \nGood knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Development Matters guidance. \nAbout Star Academies\nStar Academies is a high-performing multi-academy trust that runs more than 30 primary and secondary schools.
