Product Manager

A Product Manager is an important member of our product team. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and success of a product or a group of products. The primary goal is to ensure that the products meet customer needs while achieving the company's strategic objectives and financial goals

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise new solutions using a problem-first, data-driven, test-and-iterate approach.
• Collaborate with technology, marketing, design, and other product teams to build products that customers love.
• Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritise and manage product launches.
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualisation, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, underwriting, rollout, and enhancements.
• Devise digital campaign strategies and initiatives to improve penetration and customer engagement.
