Morgan and Merrill Lynch.\nStar Mountain Capital is seeking a proactive and service-oriented ITCoordinatorto oversee day-to-day IToperations within the firm’s NYC office. This individual will serve as the primary on-site technology resource for NYC employees, ensuring reliable access to systems, equipment, and technology while coordinating closely with the firm’s broader ITteam and external technology providers.\nThe ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, and comfortable managing technology priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.\nPosition Description\nOversee day-to-day IToperations and employee technology support for the NYC office.\n\nServe as the primary on-site point of contact for NYC employees’ technology needs and troubleshooting.\n\nCoordinate technology onboarding and offboarding for NYC employees, including laptops, equipment, software, accounts, and system access.\n\nManage Tampa office technology, including networks, printers, conference room systems, workstations, and other hardware.\n\nMaintain accurate inventories of NYC hardware, software, licenses, and other ITassets.\n\nCoordinate with the firm’s broader ITresources and external ITand cybersecurity providers to troubleshoot issues and support technology initiatives.\n\nAssist with technology vendors, software licensing, equipment orders, renewals, and service relationships.\n\nMaintain ITdocumentation, procedures, system information, and employee training materials.\n\nSupport cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, and technology-related compliance initiatives.\n\nProactively identify technology issues and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and the NYC employee experience.\n\nSupport technology projects and system implementations as needed.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.\n\n2+ years of experience in ITsupport, IToperations, systems administration, or a related technology role.\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.\n\nWorking knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and external ITproviders.\n\nHighly proactive, responsive, and service-oriented.\n\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and discretion.\n\nFinancial services or asset management experience is a plus.\n\nLocation: New York, NY\n\nTiming: Immediate\n\nCompensation\nThe exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process.
