Business Development\nPromote and sell training programs, professional certifications, and other learning solutions to prospective clients.\nIdentify and generate new sales leads through outreach, referrals, networking, databases, and other sales channels.\nConduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients to generate and convert opportunities.\nUnderstand client requirements and recommend appropriate training programs and certification pathways.\nPresent course and certification information clearly, including benefits, requirements, schedules, and pricing.\nPrepare and share quotations, proposals, and relevant sales materials with prospective clients.\nFollow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.\nWork toward achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.\nClient & Account Management\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.\nRespond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information on available programs and certifications.\nMaintain regular communication with clients to identify additional training and development needs.\nSupport repeat business, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities across the company’s portfolio.\nEnsure a professional client experience from initial inquiry through enrollment or confirmation.\nSales Pipeline & Reporting\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.\nManage assigned leads through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.\nTrack individual sales performance against agreed targets and KPIs.\nPrepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports for management.\nShare market feedback and client insights to support sales and business development activities.\nMarket Awareness & Product Knowledge\nDevelop a strong understanding of the company’s training programs, professional certifications, and learning solutions.\nStay informed about new programs, certifications, promotions, and relevant developments within the training and education market.\nUnderstand client needs and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities.\nRepresent the company professionally during meetings, events, exhibitions, and other business development activities when required.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or account management.\nExperience within the training, education, professional certification, or human-capability development \nDemonstrated ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales opportunities.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nTarget-driven with a strong commercial mindset and ability to work toward sales KPIs.\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to build professional relationships with both individual and corporate clients.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is preferred.\nFluency in both Arabic and English is
