(minimum)\n\n 10 Years experience in Information Technology & Digital Transformation.\n\n Job Description\n\n * Assist the Group Head in conducting digital transformation need analysis to address evolving business and operational requirements.\n * Develop and deliver data engineering solutions that directly support the organizations Digital Transformation (DX) strategy and objectives.\n * Design build and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines handling large data volumes from plant operations and enterprise systems.\n * Implement and continuously optimize ETL processes to ensure high standards of data quality integrity and consistency across platforms.\n * Support the establishment of a structured enterprise data foundation by defining appropriate tools technologies and data management processes.\n * Integrate and manage data across multiple digital systems to remove data silos and enable analytics reporting and informed decisionmaking.\n * Manage and support data warehouses and data lakes to facilitate business intelligence reporting and advanced analytics initiatives.\n * Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical specifications for data infrastructure and digital solutions.\n * Establish data governance standards to manage data access security quality and regulatory compliance across enterprise data platforms.\n * Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver technical data solutions aligned with crossfunctional application needs.\n * Support DX project execution by preparing technical specifications and defining data requirements for vendor evaluation and selection.\n * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen IT and digital transformation capabilities using industry best practices and standards.\n * Promote a datadriven and digitalfirst culture by supporting change initiatives and enabling reliable access to enterprise data assets.\n\n Additional requirements\n\n
