About the role

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to own our scaled outbound motion. You’ll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to build and optimize workflows that drive personalized, high-volume outreach using modern GTM tools. This role blends technical implementation with creative problem-solving to generate pipeline in a large, underpenetrated market.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company

• Experience with tools like Clay, Claude Code,Trigger.dev, Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n, etc.

• Ability to integrate systems and create no-code/low-code automations

• Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices
