You’ll work closely with product, design and the rest of engineering to ship features end to end across the Starbridge platform, from the data model and APIs through to the UI. You’ll create the foundations that let us iterate quickly on customer feedback.\nYou might be a fit if you:\nHave 5+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production web applications across frontend and backend.\n\nHave experience working in a startup or a smaller company with real engineering impact.\n\nHave strong experience with React, TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.\n\nHave strong experience building backend services and RESTful APIs in a typed language (TypeScript, Java, Go or similar).\n\nAre comfortable with relational data modeling and SQL, and understand how databases and search systems behave under load.\n\nSet the highest possible UX and UI bar for the work you do.\n\nAre a team player who is excited to do what it takes to make the team successful. You're proactive both in how you work and how you communicate.\n\nAre comfortable in a work environment that blends sync and async communication and work.\n\nAre excited to build an in-person culture with us.\n\nPreferably, you also have experience with at least some of the following:\nExperience as a technical lead making architectural design decisions.\n\nGithub CI/CD.\n\nCloud infrastructure, ideally GCP.\n\nBuilding product features on top of LLMs.\n\nInterview Process\nWe move fast - really fast. Beyond that step, you will enter the main process, which consists of three interviews:\nExperience, theory, and system design.\n\nLive coding.\n\nProduct thinking and past work.\n\nOur goal is to finish the process within one week.
