This important work happens in an environment that values safety, teamwork, diversity & inclusion, and shared success.\nAs a coordinator, you will:\nCoordinate routine projects that support department or functional initiatives\n\nProofread functionally specific materials for accuracy including copy, grammar and layout\n\nPrepare charts, tables, graphs and other presentation materials to support functional work\n\nSupport the implementation of processes to improve workflow, organization and communication\n\nProvide calendar support to one or more leaders and/or a team\n\nProvide support for meetings, training, seminars and activities for department\n\nServes as a point of contact for departmental inquiries and responds or escalates as appropriate Assist with on boarding of new partners\n\nPerform administrative tasks or projects such as tracking budgets, invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, etc\n\nManage large mailings or distribution of materials\n\nSchedule or coordinate business travel as needed\n\nOrganize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical\n\nSort and distribute mail\n\nOrder and replenish department/team supplies\n\nMonitor Good-to-Partner or Pallet Build dwell times using SmartMoves and the Starbucks WebApp, identifying delays, investigating missing product, and communicating issues to appropriate teams\nReview product flow within Good-to-Partner or Pallet Build, including checking logs, verifying last-scan locations, and coordinating with area leads when items are missing or delayed\nUpdate the Hour Tracker by collecting production data from AdHawk, recording picks and DIDs completed\nPull operational reports to gather accurate performance and wave-status data for tracking and reporting purposes\nComplete the End-of-Shift/Start-of-Shift (EOS/SOS) report, including updating remaining picks, validating unreleased waves, and communicating results to leads or supervisors\nVerify pre-pick status, wave status, total picks remaining, and automation picks remaining to support smooth handoff across shifts\nServe as a communication hub between operational areas by reporting product issues, delays, and tracking insights via Teams and established communication channels\nMaintain regular and punctual attendance \nWe’d love to hear from people with:\nHigh school diploma/GED, US military service or equivalent\n\nAbility to perform administrative assistant or coordinator job functions (1 year)\n\nAbility to provide general administrative support to others (6 months)\n\nAvailability to work fixed hours in an office environment\n\nAbility to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross\n\nfunctional projects and activities\n\nAbility to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment\n\nAbility to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts and the design of solutions as a team member\n\nAbility to build relationships\n\nAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing\n\nAbility to deliver excellent customer service\n\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information\n\nAttention to detail\n\nAs a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
