用于判断获客质量，不替代两项核心 KPI。\n平台 eMarketing 策略与执行：\n◆ 负责抖音、美团、支付宝及货架电商等渠道的年度、季度及重点项目 eMarketing 规划，明确目标人群、平台角色、预算与衡量口径。\n◆ 统筹内容、短视频、直播、达人、媒体投放、平台活动及营销资源合作，支持新品、重点节日、平台大促和直播大场等业务需求。\n◆ 根据各平台的流量机制与用户路径制定差异化策略，并持续优化人群、内容、资源和预算组合，提高有效流量与获客效率。\n“千店千面”相关联合 campaign：\n◆ 围绕兴趣空间、圈层预订和活动预订，将门店空间、活动及体验转化为消费者易理\n解、愿参与、可预订的营销主题与产品。\n◆ 对接第三方平台营销团队，共同设计目标人群、内容主题、流量计划、活动机制及平台资源合作，争取人群、媒体、营销 IP 等资源支持。\n◆ 设计并验证“平台发现和兴趣激发 → 购买或预约 → 到店核销 → 入会及后续消费”的完整增长链路，判断 campaign 带来的真实增量与用户质量。\n◆ 协同本地生活业务、品牌、CRM、数字化产品、区域营运、门店及服务商，管理预算、节奏、风险与复盘，并将有效试点沉淀为可复制的 campaign 模型。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n平台营销与增长能力：\n◆ 5 年以上 eMarketing、内容营销、电商或本地生活增长相关经验，有完整项目操盘经验，而非仅负责单点执行。\n◆ 熟悉抖音、美团、支付宝或货架电商中至少两类平台的流量、内容和交易机制; 有直播、达人、媒体或平台联合营销实操经验。\n◆ 具备 KPI 与投入产出思维，能区分曝光、流量与高质量新客或会员增长，并能建立清晰的归因、复盘和预算优化机制。\n◆具备消费者与内容判断力，能把产品、门店空间和活动体验转化为具体、可信的用户参与理由。\n大型项目 PM 与协同经验：\n◆ 能够管理平台、内部多团队及服务商，在复杂组织中明确目标、推动决策并保障项目按节奏落地。\n优先考虑：\n◆ 有会员增长、CRM、本地生活、预约或活动产品相关经验;
