Join us on this journey of transformation and continuous learning as we shape the future together.\nThe Manager, Retail Talent Solutions is responsible for translating evolving retail business and talent needs into practical, high-impact talent and learning solutions.\nThis role independently diagnoses business and talent challenges, generates insights, designs development solutions, facilitates key learning and talent experiences, and drives initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation.\nThe role works across established retail talent programs and emerging business priorities, requiring strong problem framing, solution design, facilitation, project ownership, data interpretation and synthesis capabilities.\nKey Accountabilities\nResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\n1. Business & Talent Need Diagnosis\nPartner with Retail Operations, HRBPs and business leaders to understand talent and capability needs.\nClarify ambiguous business requests, identify the underlying problem and define desired outcomes.\nUse interviews, stakeholder input and data to generate actionable insights and inform solution design.\n2. Talent Solution & Experience Design\nDesign end-to-end talent development solutions, including learning journeys, workshops, action learning, leader dialogues, assessment activities and on-the-job development interventions.\nDesign key experiences and events within talent programs, such as launches, graduations, talent forums, business immersion experiences and leadership dialogues.\nTranslate real business scenarios into practical learning tools, facilitation activities, discussion formats and development experiences.\nDevelop scalable and reusable toolkits, guides and solution frameworks.\nContinuously improve existing talent programs based on participant feedback, business needs, learning data and talent outcomes.\n3. Facilitation & Capability Enablement\nFacilitate key workshops, leader sessions and development experiences.\nPartner with internal SMEs, business leaders and external experts to co-create relevant learning content and experiences.\nBuild internal delivery capability so that solutions can be scaled through business leaders and internal facilitators.\nSupport continuous improvement of facilitation quality and learning effectiveness. \n4. Talent Insights & Synthesis\nAnalyze talent, learning, readiness and program data to identify patterns, gaps and development opportunities. Translate complex information into clear insights, implications and recommendations.\nProduce structured project reviews, talent reports and milestone summaries to support decision making.\nLeverage AI and digital tools to improve analysis, content development and reporting efficiency.\n5.
