improve supplier performance, strengthen governance, reduce risk, and support sustainable business growth. \nBasic Qualifications\n◆ Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Law, or related field.\n◆ 8+ years of experience in both direct and indirect sourcing, contract management, supply chain process and compliance setup, supplier management.\n◆ Experience in managing supplier relationships, contracts, or third-party service providers.\n◆ Experience of working cross-functionally in a complex and fast-paced business environment.\n◆ Experience of supporting compliance, governance, risk management, or operational controls.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n◆ Strong knowledge of procurement principles, Strong negotiation and influencing skills.\n◆ Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n◆ Ability to analyze procurement data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.\n◆ Experience developing procurement policies, standards, and process documentation.\n◆ Knowledge of procurement and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or comparable systems.\n◆ Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n◆ Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.\n◆ Demonstrated strong capability to drive cost and operational process improvements.\n◆ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving business environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\n◆ Experience supporting consumer products, retail, food and beverage, or manufacture organization.\n◆ Experience working within multinational organizations and matrixed environments.\n◆ Familiarity with procurement, contracting, and regulatory requirements in China.\n◆ Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or equivalent.\n◆ Working experience in multinational food-processing or other manufacturing companies will be a
