This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, performance, security, and scalability of our SAP ecosystem while partnering closely with HR, application, infrastructure, and security teams.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep SAP Basis expertise with a broad understanding of SuccessFactors modules, integrations, and configuration practices. This position plays a critical role in maintaining business continuity, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling a world-class partner experience through reliable enterprise platforms.\nSAP Basis Administration\nAdminister SAP environments including on-prem ECC, , BW, Solution Manager, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Connector, and related SAP technologies.\nManage SAP system installations, upgrades, support package implementation, kernel updates, and system refreshes.\nPerform transport management, client administration, system copies, and landscape maintenance activities.\nMonitor SAP system health, performance, availability, and capacity planning.\nTroubleshoot production incidents and root cause complex SAP infrastructure issues.\nMaintain high availability and disaster recovery capabilities across SAP platforms.\nCollaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure SAP environments meet security, compliance, and operational standards.\nSupport SAP integrations with enterprise applications and cloud services.\nDevelop and maintain operational procedures, monitoring standards, and automation solutions.\nSAP SuccessFactors Support\nSupport configuration and administration activities within SuccessFactors modules.\nPartner with HR and business stakeholders to implement approved configuration changes.\nAssist with role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, and system setup.\nSupport data loads, integrations, testing, and release validation activities.\nParticipate in SuccessFactors quarterly release reviews and impact assessments.\nTroubleshoot application issues and coordinate vendor support when required.\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure SAP systems comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements.\nPartner with security teams on vulnerability remediation and audit activities.\nSupport access controls, segregation-of-duties requirements, and compliance reporting.\nImplement and maintain secure operational practices across SAP platforms.\n identify permanent resolutions to infrastructure or business process issues.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience in enterprise environments.\nExperience supporting SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HANA databases, and SAP NetWeaver platforms.\nExperience performing system upgrades, patching, transports, and environment refreshes.\nExperience with SAP monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.\nKnowledge of SAP security concepts and compliance requirements.\nExperience supporting integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.\nExperience working in production environments requiring high availability and operational excellence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience administering SAP SuccessFactors.\nExperience configuring one or more SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals,\nCompensation, Learning, or Onboarding.\nSAP Basis certification and/or SuccessFactors certification.\nExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-hosted SAP environments.\nExperience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.\nFamiliarity with SAP Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Services (IPS).\nExperience supporting global HR systems and integrations.\nThe successful candidate will:\nMaintain highly available and secure SAP environments.\nProvide dependable operational support for critical HR and enterprise systems.\nLead Basis maintenance, upgrades, and performance initiatives.\nIndependently resolve complex production issues.\nServe as a trusted partner to HR, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.\nContribute to ongoing modernization of Starbucks' SAP landscape.\nAs a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
