This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms serving global teams across Starbucks.\nYou will act as a subject matter expert for collaboration technologies, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centric digital workplace experiences. This role combines platform administration, business analysis, solution design, vendor engagement, licensing management, and Tier III operational support responsibilities.\nSummary of Key Responsibilities\nAdminister and govern enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, M365 Copilot, Smartsheet, and related productivity technologies.\nDesign and deliver collaboration solutions that align with business objectives, improve productivity, and enhance the partner experience.\nManage platform security, governance, compliance, access controls, lifecycle management, and information protection requirements.\nServe as the senior technical escalation point for complex platform issues, driving root cause analysis, service reliability, and operational excellence.\nLead vendor relationships, support contract and renewal activities, and coordinate issue resolution with technology providers.\nManage software licensing, utilization reporting, compliance, budgeting support, and cost optimization across collaboration platforms.\nPartner with business, product, security, compliance, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable collaboration services.\nDrive platform adoption, change management, user enablement, and continuous improvement through analytics, feedback, and best practices.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\n7+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, productivity, SaaS, or digital workplace technologies in a large global environment.\nExperience administering collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Smartsheet, Slack, Miro, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, or Google Workspace.\nStrong understanding of collaboration platform governance, administration, access controls, lifecycle management, and operational best practices.\nExperience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating partner needs into scalable technical solutions.\nExperience providing Tier III support, troubleshooting complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and coordinating escalations with third-party vendors.\nExperience managing enterprise SaaS licensing, utilization, vendor relationships, and software asset governance.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint architecture, governance, information architecture, and content management.\nExperience implementing platform integrations, workflow automation, or solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate, or related tools.\nKnowledge of identity, access management, security, and compliance concepts for enterprise collaboration platforms.\nExperience supporting adoption, change management, service health metrics, dashboards, or executive reporting.\nExperience working with global teams across multiple regions and time zones. \nAs a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
