This role sits within Integrated Marketing Operations (PMO) and partners closely with Starbucks Marketing and Brand teams, Workfront System Admins, Marketing Technology, IT and cross-functional business stakeholders to improve how work is planned, executed and measured in Workfront.\n\nAs a Workfront Program Manager, you will…\nAdoption & Change Management\nDrive adoption of Workfront across brand teams by simplifying the user experience, clarifying expected ways of working, supporting onboarding and expanding the platform to meet evolving business needs.\nDesign scalable processes and workflow architecture for teams across the brand and marketing organizations, translating offline processes into clear, sustainable Workfront workflows.\nPartner with Integrated Marketing Operations and functional leads to embed Workfront into day-to-day ways of working.\nReporting & Insights\nCreate reporting that gives teams and leaders consistent visibility into work status, milestones, capacity and operational performance.\nEstablish and reinforce data quality and governance standards across workflows.\nPartner with system administrators to maintain clean, scalable configurations.\nTranslate stakeholder needs into standardized, reusable reporting solutions.\nWorkfront Team Process\nOwn and maintain the Adobe Workfront roadmap aligned to business priorities and evolving operational needs.\nLead recurring roadmap reviews with the core Workfront team; keeping key stakeholders and technology partners informed of priorities, decisions, dependencies and progress.\nDrive taxonomy updates to keep pace with org and process changes.\nOwn the Workfront communication strategy, including clear, timely updates on roadmap priorities, platform changes, releases and expected ways of working.\nWe’d love to hear from people with:\n8+ years of program management, product management of Adobe Workfront instance supporting marketing, marketing operations or agency environments.\nDeep knowledge of Adobe Workfront functionality, including workflow configuration, reporting, data governance and platform administration concepts.\nAbility to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities and deadlines and deliver incremental value across concurrent initiatives and support needs in an agile environment.\nDemonstrated ability to lead onboarding, training, adoption and change-management efforts for users with varied levels of technical proficiency.\nCustomer-focused problem-solving skills and sound judgment in balancing urgent support needs with strategic platform improvements.\nStrong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex workflows for stakeholders of all levels.\nExperience developing and managing a platform roadmap, facilitating prioritization decisions and reporting progress to business and technology stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to assess complex business processes, design scalable workflow architecture and lead continuous process improvement.\nPreferred Certifications:\nAdobe Certified - Adobe Workfront Project Manager\nAdobe Certified - Workfront Developer (Core)\nAs a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
