The Administrators act as the primary bridge between technical platform configuration and day-to-day business operations. They ensure that Workfront scales cleanly, meets security and governance standards, and maximizes efficiency across marketing, creative, production, marketing operations, content deployment, IT and other cross-functional project teams.\nAs a Workfront System Administrator, you will…\nManage day-to-day support, user access, system maintenance, data integrity, solution design, Fusion development, reporting, integrations and new functionality. System Admins partner with process owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, strengthen governance, increase adoption and deliver durable improvements through an agile delivery model.\nSystem Configuration & Administration:Manage system-wide preferences, custom forms, job roles, teams, groups, layout templates and sandbox/preview environments.\nProvision and maintain user accounts, access levels, roles, teams and groups in accordance with established governance and security standards.\nLead the deployment and adoption of Workfront capabilities across the marketing organization, balancing immediate user needs with scalable platform design and long-term strategy.\nEvaluate new feature releases, test updates and conduct recurring audits to maintain a clean, scalable platform.\nDesign, build, document, monitor, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations connecting Workfront with Adobe and other enterprise systems.\nEstablish and maintain process and system governance, including design standards, access models, release practices and documentation requirements.\n\nProcess / Solution DesignPartner with process owners and stakeholders to assess workflows, reinforce governance, identify gaps and improve standardization, efficiency, and platform performance.\nClearly communicate solution options, implementation plans, release impacts, risks, roadmap priorities and outcomes to technical and nontechnical stakeholders at all levels.\nDevelop reporting and data visualizations using Workfront data for all audiences and levels.\nLead onboarding, role-based training, user communications, documentation, office hours and change-management activities as necessary.\n\nWe’d love to hear from people with:\n·8+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience in marketing, marketing operations or agency environments.\n·Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront implementation, administration, architecture, configuration, reporting and platform optimization.\n·Strong Workfront Fusion development, integration design, testing, troubleshooting and documentation skills.\n·Strong analytical, reporting, dashboard, and data-visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex operational data into clear insights and decisions for varied audiences.\n·Customer-focused problem-solving skills and sound judgment in balancing urgent support needs with strategic platform improvements.\n·Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex technical workflows for non-technical stakeholders of all levels\n·Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding, training, adoption, and change-management efforts for users with varied levels of technical proficiency.\n·Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities and deadlines and deliver incremental value across concurrent initiatives and support needs in an agile environment.\nPreferred Certifications:\n·Adobe Certified - Adobe Workfront Core Developer\n·Adobe Fusion Developer Professional Certification\nAs a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
