and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.\n\nContribute to engineering-wide standards, forums, and improvement initiatives.\n\nSkills and Experience\nSignificant software engineering experience, including technical and people leadership.\n\nStrong experience with C# and modern .NET / ASP.NET Core.\n\nStrong understanding of APIs, software architecture, and modern integration patterns.\n\nStrong experience with microservices, containers, and distributed systems.\n\nExperience with infrastructure as code and automated environment provisioning.\n\nExperience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging.\n\nExperience building and operating enterprise SaaS or cloud-hosted applications.\n\nExperience with modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.\n\nStrong knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.\n\nPractical experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern engineering practices.\n\nUnderstanding of observability, resilience, performance, and secure software development.\n\nPractical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic development approaches.\n\nExperience supporting or leading AI-first or agentic engineering transformation.\n\nProven ability to lead engineers, manage delivery, allocate resources, and influence across teams.\n\nStrong technical judgement, communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
