Come grow with us!\nTorch Technologies is seeking a Dashboard Development (Azure DevOps) to support the design, development, and maintenance of project dashboards and reporting solutions using Azure DevOps (ADO). The ideal candidate will have experience building data visualizations, automating reporting workflows, and developing user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights for technical and program teams. This role will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to improve visibility into project performance, metrics, sprint activities, and delivery status.\nAs a Dashboard Development (Azure DevOps) your duties will include, but are not limited to:\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions within Azure DevOps (ADO).\nCreate automated reports and visualizations for project tracking, sprint metrics, defects, and performance indicators.\nDevelop scripts, integrations, or lightweight tools to improve data collection and reporting efficiency.\nCollaborate with technical and program teams to gather dashboard requirements and implement enhancements.\nSupport data validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of reporting tools.\nAssist with documentation of dashboard architecture, workflows, and processes.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nWork along side an analysis team to diagnosis weapon system issues.\nRequired Qualifications:\nUS Citizenship. \nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. \n2-5 years of software development or dashboard/reporting experience.\nExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including Boards, Pipelines, Queries, and Analytics.\nExperience with dashboarding and visualization tool Azure DevOps Dashboards.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nProficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as:\nPython\nJavaScript\nPowerShell\nC#\nMust have an active secret clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience building APIs or integrating with REST services.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.\nExperience working with SQL or other data sources.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.\nAdditional exposure to tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau.\nSelf-starter with strong organizational skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nDetail-oriented with an emphasis on quality and usability.\nEager to learn new tools and technologies.\nSchedule: M-F; 8-5\nWork Location: Customer- site: No telework option available\nTravel: Yes, 0-10%\nRelocation Assistance Available: No\nPosition Contingent Upon Award of Contract: No\nBenefits:\nTorch Technologies is proud to offer a stable and professional work environment, a competitive salary, and an excellent, comprehensive benefit package including: ESOP participation, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, Health Saving Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts, EAP, education assistance, paid time off, and holidays.\nApplying to Torch Technologies:\nOnly those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
