Torch Technologies is seeking a Client System Technician (CST) to assist the 950th Spectrum Warfare Group (950 SWG) in direct support of the USAF Electronic Warfare (EW) Assessment Program. This targeted IT and systems administration professional ensures the 950 SWG can adequately resource, secure, and maintain the functionality and operability of complex operating system environments and secure hardware/software architectures. This critical support enables the 950 SWG to execute and scale the EMSO assessment mission, delivering comprehensive, real-world EW readiness assessments to the USAF and Combatant Commands. Position is located onsite at Robins AFB, GA.

As a CST, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Serves as Endpoint Operations Expert

• Provisions, maintains, and sustains critical endpoint systems across the 950th Spectrum Warfare Group (950 SWG).

• Operating within highly classified environments, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF), installs and supports client workstations, peripherals, and pertinent software applications.

• Aid the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) by applying directed security patches, maintaining endpoint compliance, and supporting defensive technical measures on user machines.

• Responsible for troubleshooting NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and SAP IT systems, resolving complex computer, hardware, and printer errors to maintain continuous operational readiness.

• The role requires administering distributed applications and client-side enterprise software to integrate end-user systems seamlessly into the broader environment.

• Manages IT asset inventories, performs hardware lifecycle replacements, and provisions secure voice and video teleconferencing endpoints.

• Ensures the secure operation of user workstations, directly enabling uninterrupted DoW mission command.

Job Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship

• Bachelor's Degree in technical field and at least 3 years of experience in the applicable discipline.

• Strong problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.

• Must have an active Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
