Torch Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Engineer to support digital engineering strategy, execution, governance, and stakeholder integration for the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Program Management Office (PMO). This position offers an exceptional opportunity to join a high-tempo development program supporting a next-generation Army aviation platform.

As the FLRAA program progresses through design, integration, verification, and fielding, the Digital Engineer will serve as a key technical resource supporting the program’s digital engineering ecosystem, model-based engineering activities, and collaboration across government, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and Army aviation stakeholders.

As a Digital Engineeryour duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Perform product owner duties in support of FLRAA digital engineering efforts.
• Lead and manage OEM digital engineering activities, including sprint planning and coordination of digital engineering priorities.
• Translate program priorities into actionable digital engineering tasks and initiatives.
• Translate user needs into clear, concise, and achievable requirements.
• Collaborate with program teams, including engineering, logistics, and other functional organizations, to support digital engineering objectives.
• Support model-based engineering activities across the FLRAA program.
• Apply configuration management best practices to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and consistency across digital engineering models and associated data.
• Coordinate with higher-level headquarters as required.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee digital engineering tasks and activities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among PM FLRAA personnel, Army Aviation stakeholders, including warfighters and maintainers, OEMs, and other external organizations.
• Monitor digital engineering earned value management budget and schedule information to support cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Analyze digital engineering data to identify trends and insights that inform program decision-making.
• Support cybersecurity for digital engineering data by collaborating with PM FLRAA personnel to implement applicable cybersecurity best practices and DoD initiatives.
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and other documentation for digital engineering tools and processes.
• Provide technical support to users encountering issues within the digital engineering environment.

Required Qualifications:

· U.S. Citizenship

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

· 2+ years of relevant experience

· Active Secret clearance and/or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.

· Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, tasks, or product increments.

· Experience coordinating technical efforts across government, contractor, OEM, and other external stakeholders.

· Experience with configuration management practices and maintaining data traceability within a technical or engineering environment.

· Ability to analyze program, technical, cost, and schedule data to support decision-making.

· Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Familiarity and working knowledge with Power App, Power Automate, Power Bi.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, tasks, or product increments.

· Experience coordinating technical efforts across government, contractor, OEM, and other external stakeholders.

· Experience with configuration management practices and maintaining data traceability within a technical or engineering environment.

· Ability to analyze program, technical, cost, and schedule data to support decision-making.

· Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.
