Come grow with us!\nTorch Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Engineer to support digital engineering strategy, execution, governance, and stakeholder integration for the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Program Management Office (PMO). This position offers an exceptional opportunity to join a high-tempo development program supporting a next-generation Army aviation platform.\nAs the FLRAA program progresses through design, integration, verification, and fielding, the Digital Engineer will serve as a key technical resource supporting the program’s digital engineering ecosystem, model-based engineering activities, and collaboration across government, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and Army aviation stakeholders.\nAs a Digital Engineeryour duties will include the following, but are not limited to:\nPerform product owner duties in support of FLRAA digital engineering efforts.\nLead and manage OEM digital engineering activities, including sprint planning and coordination of digital engineering priorities.\nTranslate program priorities into actionable digital engineering tasks and initiatives.\nTranslate user needs into clear, concise, and achievable requirements.\nCollaborate with program teams, including engineering, logistics, and other functional organizations, to support digital engineering objectives.\nSupport model-based engineering activities across the FLRAA program.\nApply configuration management best practices to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and consistency across digital engineering models and associated data.\nCoordinate with higher-level headquarters as required.\nPlan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee digital engineering tasks and activities.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration among PM FLRAA personnel, Army Aviation stakeholders, including warfighters and maintainers, OEMs, and other external organizations.\nMonitor digital engineering earned value management budget and schedule information to support cost, schedule, and performance objectives.\nAnalyze digital engineering data to identify trends and insights that inform program decision-making.\nSupport cybersecurity for digital engineering data by collaborating with PM FLRAA personnel to implement applicable cybersecurity best practices and DoD initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain user guides, training materials, and other documentation for digital engineering tools and processes.\nProvide technical support to users encountering issues within the digital engineering environment.\nRequired Qualifications:\nU.S. Citizenship\nBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience\n2+ years of relevant experience\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DoW Clearance.\nExperience translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, tasks, or product increments.\nExperience coordinating technical efforts across government, contractor, OEM, and other external stakeholders.\nExperience with configuration management practices and maintaining data traceability within a technical or engineering environment.\nAbility to analyze program, technical, cost, and schedule data to support decision-making.\nStrong written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.\nFamiliarity and working knowledge with Power App, Power Automate, Power Bi.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nActive Secret clearance\nExperience translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, tasks, or product increments.\nExperience coordinating technical efforts across government, contractor, OEM, and other external stakeholders.\nExperience with configuration management practices and maintaining data traceability within a technical or engineering environment.\nAbility to analyze program, technical, cost, and schedule data to support decision-making.\nStrong written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.\nSchedule: (M-F; 8-5)\nWork Location: (onsite)\nTravel: (yes, 25%)\nRelocation Assistance Available: (No)\nPosition Contingent Upon Award of Contract: (No)\nBenefits:\nTorch Technologies is proud to offer a stable and professional work environment, a competitive salary, and an excellent, comprehensive benefit package including: ESOP participation, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, Health Saving Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts, EAP, education assistance, paid time off, and holidays.\nApplying to Torch Technologies:\nOnly those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
