Come grow with us!\nTorch Technologies is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Software Engineer to lead development, integration, execution, and analysis of real-time simulations in support of Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems. The successful candidate will be a significant contributor to the technical effort while also leading a small team--planning resources and schedule to accomplish customer objectives. This position is located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.\nJob Responsibilities:\nThis job entails development, integration, execution, & analysis of real-time M&S products to support the U.S. Army in various lab and range venues including all-digital and Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) venues.\nThe successful candidate will design & develop simulations using tactical and simulation communication protocols.\nThe candidate will integrate simulation and tactical software changes into real-time simulations.\nThe candidate will track and resolve bugs, issues, and new capabilities.\nThe candidate will support integration, execution, debugging, and analysis in various venues including OEM facilities, government lab facilities, and test ranges.\nThe ideal candidate will maintain subject matter expertise in real-time M&S, AIAMD fire control, AIAMD interceptors, and AIAMD sensors/uplinkers.
