Come grow with us!\nTorch Technologies is seeking a SCO Gatekeeper/ Administrator to support the TMAS 3 contract at Eglin AFB, FL.\nAs a SCO Gatekeeper/ Administrator your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:\nManage program budgets, expenditures, and financial administration for large and/or complex government programs.\n\nDevelop and monitor budgets; review and authorize expenditures within established parameters.\n\nInterpret and implement cost estimating, pricing, and financial documentation requirements for proposals.\n\nEstablish cost-estimating parameters and support proposal development and pricing activities.\n\nDevelop and recommend procedures to monitor program financial performance and compliance.\n\nServe as a key customer-facing financial contact in support of the Program Manager.\n\nCoordinate financial, administrative, facilities, and logistics activities to support program execution.\n\nEnsure program financial and administrative activities comply with applicable government security, contractual, and organizational requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nU.S. Citizenship.\n\nLevel 2 - BS in applicable field and up to 3 years of experience\n\nLevel 3 - BS in applicable field and 3-10 years of experience.\n\nLevel 4 - BS or MS in applicable field and 10+ years of experience.\n\nMust be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation.
