Account Manager, Inside Sales

Job Purpose

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Commercial and Large Enterprise clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term account retention. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative sales support across StarHub’s suite of enterprise telco.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Relationship Management: Lead relationship management for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts to ensure high service standards, strong client retention, and high NPS.
• Revenue & Growth: Drive order book and revenue growth by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, managing renewals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Solution Consulting: Position end-to-end telecom and ICT solutions-including connectivity, mobility, and workspace collaboration-tailored to client enterprise needs.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Operations, Provisioning, Finance, Legal, and Service Line teams to ensure SLA compliance, timely service delivery, and swift escalation resolution.
• Sales Operations & Governance: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and CRM records in full compliance with company SOPs and internal governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Account Management.
• Prior exposure to Enterprise or Commercial B2B clients is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Telecommunications, IT, or Technology services will be an added advantage.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
