This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative sales support across StarHub’s suite of enterprise telco.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccount & Relationship Management: Lead relationship management for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts to ensure high service standards, strong client retention, and high NPS.\nRevenue & Growth: Drive order book and revenue growth by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, managing renewals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.\nSolution Consulting: Position end-to-end telecom and ICT solutions-including connectivity, mobility, and workspace collaboration-tailored to client enterprise needs.\nCross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Operations, Provisioning, Finance, Legal, and Service Line teams to ensure SLA compliance, timely service delivery, and swift escalation resolution.\nSales Operations & Governance: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, sales forecasts, and CRM records in full compliance with company SOPs and internal governance standards.\nQualifications\nMinimum Diploma qualification;
