Operating within a DevOps model, the engineer ensures production reliability through automation, observability, and continuous delivery, driving the modernization of CRM/OM capabilities on cloud-native platforms and supporting operational excellence.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and develop backend services supporting Customer Management, Product Catalogue, Campaigns, Order Management (OM), and Revenue/Billing integration\n\nDevelop and enhance workflow-driven processes for end-to-end order lifecycle orchestration (e.g. validation, provisioning, billing setup)\n\nBuild secure, scalable REST APIs for integration with billing, provisioning/OSS systems, digital channels, and external partners\n\nEnsure API contract stability, versioning, and backward compatibility\n\nWrite and optimize complex SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) to support high-volume transactions and ensure data consistency across order and billing flows\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations and incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.\n\nOperate and maintain services on Kubernetes (EKS), including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting\n\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and support automated releases\n\nImplement monitoring and alerting using tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch ensuring platform availability and performance\n\nProduce technical design documentation and integration specifications\n\nParticipate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and external vendors\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.\n\nMinimum 4+ years of experience in software engineering preferably in CRM, BSS, or enterprise platforms\n\nProficiency with Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, microservices and distributed systems architecture\n\nSQL expertise in PostgreSQL and/or Oracle including performance tuning and database administration\n\nWorking experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments, preferably AWS\n\nProven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams ideally within telecom BSS/OSS domains such as e.g. CRM, billing, order management\n\nExperience with workflow-driven systems and orchestration engines\n\nPreferred Certifications\nCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)\n\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or
