In doing so, the role contributes to business growth, innovation, and stronger solution outcomes.\nAccountabilities:\nDeliver fit-for-purpose end-to-end solution designs aligned to business and technical objectives.\nAct as the single point of accountability for business requirements elicitation, prioritization, and translation into solution specifications.\nEnsure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and well-integrated across systems and platforms.\nProvide expert technical advisory to stakeholders, including design recommendations, option assessments, and implementation guidance.\nContribute technical leadership to partner engagements, new business initiatives, and RFP/RFT submissions\nResponsibilities:\nContribute to the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.\nLiaise with business users to collect and prioritize requirements and be Point of Contact (POC) for all business requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs.\nProvide technical consultancy, expertise, and advice on matters of solution feasibility, application design, and integration.\nUnderstand business models and drivers and translate them into either platform configuration or specification for new implementation or even new product offerings.\nWork with partners to define technical strategies that will drive business effectiveness and improve business offerings.\nAssist with RFP/RFT responses to provide technical know-how and expertise.\nQualifications\nDegree in Computer Science, Computing or related field of study with at least 8 years of systems analysis and design or related experience in providing end to end solution design.\nStrong background in telecommunications industry. \nKnowledge in B2B business is advantage. \nKnowledge in areas of mobile and broadband networks, CRM (e.g. Salesforce, CloudSense), Billing, Provisioning Systems, Inventory, Delivery and Integrations.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
