The role leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for building and operating secure, resilient, and scalable private cellular networks for enterprise, industrial, campus, utilities, transportation, smart city, and mission-critical environments.\nThe Lead will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Private Mobile Core service, including solution architecture, platform engineering, network operations, service assurance, customer onboarding, vendor management, and innovation. The role will also drive the adoption of cloud-native 5G Core technologies, network automation, AI-enabled operations, and industry-specific solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nMobile Core Architecture and Design\nOwn the architecture and design of: \nEnterprise Private Core (4G/5G)\nIMS platforms \nSubscriber management systems \nAuthentication and security platforms \nNetwork slicing architecture \nEdge computing integration \nOperational support systems\nDefine standards for: \nHigh availability \nSecurity \nMulti-tenancy \nScalability \nRegulatory compliance \nDrive cloud-native and containerized mobile core architectures. \nPlatform Engineering and Service Delivery\nLead the engineering team responsible for: \nPlatform build and deployment \nCore network integration \nAutomation and orchestration \nSoftware upgrades \nTechnology lifecycle management \nEstablish Infrastructure-as-Code and Network-as-Code practices. \nImplement CI/CD pipelines for network functions. \nOversee onboarding of new customer environments and services. \nNetwork Operations and Service Assurance\nOwn 24x7 operational performance of the Private Mobile Core platform. \nEnsure service availability, reliability, and security targets are achieved. \nEstablish operational processes for: \nIncident management \nProblem management \nChange management \nCapacity management \nService assurance \nDrive operational excellence through: \nAIOps \nPredictive analytics \nAutomated remediation \nAutonomous network operations \nSecurity and Compliance (work with CISO)\nEnsure compliance with telecommunications regulations and spectrum requirements. \nEstablish security controls for: \nSubscriber data \nCore network functions \nAPI exposure \nEdge computing environments\nDrive cyber resilience and business continuity programs. \nVendor and Ecosystem Management\n Manage strategic partnerships with mobile core ecosystem providers such as:\nNokia and other technology partners like HPE, Dell, Lenovo\nNegotiate commercial agreements and support contracts. \nEvaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions. \nManage platform and service delivery partners. \nOrganization Structure\n The Lead will lead a team comprising:\nMobile Core Architecture Team\n Responsible for:\nNetwork design \nTechnology standards \nCapacity planning \nSecurity architecture \nPlatform Engineering & Operations Team\n Responsible for:\nCore deployment \nIntegration \nAutomation \nLifecycle management \nMonitoring \nIncident response \nService assurance \nChange management \nRequirements\nDegree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\nAt least 15 years in telecommunications, mobile networks, or enterprise wireless solutions with at least 8 years in leadership positions.\nProven experience designing and operating: \nPrivate LTE networks \n5G Standalone networks \nMobile core platforms \nCloud-native network functions \n\nExperience with:MEC (Multi-access Edge Computing) \nNetwork slicing \nKubernetes/OpenShift \nAI-driven network operations \nEnterprise digital
