quality gates, ensuring high system integrity across cross-platform integrations and cloud migration initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain automated and manual test cases for CRM systems (Whalecloud EBS / SFDC / Telco CRM platforms).\nValidate end-to-end CRM flows, including:\nCustomer onboarding & lifecycle\nOrder management & fulfillment\nBilling and charging integrations\nCustomer data synchronization across systems\nPerform integration testing across multiple platforms, including:\nCRM ↔ Billing (e.g., BSCS)\nCRM ↔ Middleware (Axway / APIs)\nCRM ↔ Data platforms (EDW, ODS)\nDevelop and execute API testing (REST/SOAP) for CRM services and integrations.\nBuild and maintain test automation frameworks for:\nAPI testing\nUI testing (where applicable for SFDC / portals)\nBatch and file-based processing validation\nCollaborate with developers to:\nDefine test scenarios and acceptance criteria\nEnsure sufficient test coverage for new features and integrations\nSupport UAT, SIT, and regression testing cycles, ensuring alignment with business requirements.\nValidate data integrity and reconciliation across systems (critical for telco and financial flows).\nIdentify defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution with development teams.\nEstablish and enforce QA best practices, including:\nTest strategy\nTest data management\nDefect lifecycle management\nParticipate in release validation and production readiness checks, especially for CRM-related deployments.\nSupport cloud migration testing (e.g., AWS), ensuring system behavior consistency post-migration.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n3-6+ years of experience in QA / Dev-QA roles, preferably in CRM or telco environments.\nStrong experience in CRM systems, such as:\nWhalecloud EBS (preferred)\nSalesforce (SFDC)\nOther telco CRM platforms\nHands-on experience in:\nAPI testing (Postman, REST tools)\nIntegration testing across multiple systems\nSQL and data validation\nExperience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or similar).\nFamiliarity with batch processing, file-based integrations, and middleware platforms.\nUnderstanding of end-to-end telco processes:\nCustomer lifecycle\nBilling & charging\nOrder management\nExperience working in Agile / DevOps environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in Whalecloud EBS implementation or support\nExperience in Salesforce QA (Apex testing, integration validation)\nKnowledge of Axway / API Gateway integrations\nExposure to AWS/cloud migration testing\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket
