Working closely with Product, Architecture, Network and Operations teams, you will deliver solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and service reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nSoftware Engineering\nDesign, develop and maintain scalable applications, microservices and RESTful APIs.\n\nDevelop secure cloud-native solutions using modern engineering practices.\n\nParticipate in solution design, code reviews and technical governance.\n\nImplement automated testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.\n\nMedia Platforms (OTT/IPTV)\nDevelop and support OTT/IPTV applications and backend services.\n\nIntegrate with CMS, DRM, CDN and subscriber management platforms.\n\nImprove video streaming performance and application responsiveness.\n\nSupport Smart TV, Mobile, Web and Set-Top Box platforms.\n\nMonitor platform health and resolve service issues.\n\nAI Engineering\nDevelop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\nBuild Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, AI assistants and automation workflows.\n\nIntegrate AI services through APIs and orchestration frameworks.\n\nImplement AI solutions for customer support, network operations and service assurance.\n\nApply AI security, governance and responsible AI practices.\n\nBroadband & Network Integration\nDevelop applications integrating with broadband platforms and network management systems.\n\nSupport TR-069/TR-369, CPE management and broadband telemetry.\n\nAnalyse network data to improve diagnostics, automation and customer experience.\n\nCollaborate with network teams to enhance service assurance and operational performance.\n\nCollaboration\nWork with Product, Architecture, QA and Operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical designs.\n\nMentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.\n\nParticipate in Agile delivery, production support and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
