Description\nPurpose:\nProvide timely and effective financial analyses, insights, and recommendations to Business Unit managers\nBusiness partner business stakeholders to explain financial implications on business decisions made\nDriving finance digitalisation and process improvement & simplification\nResponsibilities:\nLead a team to provide technical expertise and delivery of sound business and financial solutions with regards to operational, tactical and strategic decisions of assigned Business groups\nProvide critical financial and operational information to the Management and make recommendations on both operations and strategy to enhance financial performance, business decisions and opportunities\nPartner with business group Senior Management to drive business, financial performance and provide advisory on financial implications of business activities\nConduct long-term operational and strategic planning and resource allocation for the business groups\nPerform proactive and hands-on monthly forecast and annual budget exercises\nProvide accurate analysis of budget, financial trends and forecast\nPerform capex reviews and monitoring of return of investments, cashflow etc.\nPrepare short and long-term financial forecasts and financial modelling\nReview financial assumptions and highlight risks / issues\nMonitor product profitability and drive cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability\nSupport monthly closing activities (e.g. providing data for accruals etc)\nReview business cases, presentation materials, etc\nTrack project profitability post bid/tender and ensure that revenue & cost is properly accounted for under IFRS15 (e.g. percentage of completion method)\nEnsure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and regulations for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements\nDrive process improvements across business groups\nQualifications\nAppropriate qualification in Accountancy and CA certified with 12 to 15 years of relevant working experiences, of which at least 5 years in Business partnering & financial modelling\nStrong analytical and conceptual skills, with attention to details and accuracy while being able to provide crisp and clear summarized analysis\nGood communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills\nAble to handle ambiguity and deliver within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nHas tenacity and strong problem-solving skills\nExperience in planning tools, excellent excel, power BI and visual basic skills, SAP
