issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nQuality Assurance and Testing:\nDesign, prepare, and execute functional, regression, integration, API, system, and end-to-end test cases.\nReview business requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios and coverage gaps.\nValidate microservices, RESTful APIs, batch jobs, messaging flows, and system integrations.\nPerform defect analysis, raise clear and detailed bug reports, and work with delivery teams through resolution and retesting.\nSupport release validation, production verification, and post-deployment quality checks.\nTest Automation and CI/CD:\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for API, regression, and integration testing.\nSupport automated testing within CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins.\nWork with tools and frameworks used for test execution, reporting, and defect tracking.\nContribute to improving test automation coverage, reliability, and maintainability.\nPlatform and Technical Validation:\nTest services deployed on OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.\nValidate application behavior across deployment, configuration, upgrade, rollback, and recovery scenarios.\nMonitor and analyze logs, alerts, and system behavior during testing and production issue investigation.\nSupport testing of security vulnerability fixes, disaster recovery exercises, and operational readiness activities.\nCollaboration and Quality Governance:\nWork closely with development, DevOps, operations, and business teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nParticipate in defect triage, root cause analysis, release readiness reviews, and sprint ceremonies.\nProvide clear testing status, risks, blockers, and quality recommendations to stakeholders.\nSupport production incidents by validating fixes, reproducing issues, and documenting findings.\nKnowledge Management and Documentation:\nCreate and maintain test plans, test cases, test evidence, defect reports, release validation summaries, and QA sign-off documents.\nWrite clear technical and functional documentation that can be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nMaintain QA knowledge materials, testing checklists, operational runbooks, and known issue documentation.\nDemonstrate strong comprehension skills when interpreting requirements, API specifications, architecture documents, logs, and incident reports.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or quality engineering.\n\nStrong experience in functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, API testing, and defect management.\n\nExperience testing Java, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integration flows.\n\nFamiliarity with Apache Camel, messaging systems such as Red Hat AMQ, and enterprise integration patterns is an advantage.\n\nExperience with test automation tools and API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control tools such as Git.\n\nWorking knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift environments.\n\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including the ability to validate data and investigate defects through queries.\n\nComfortable with Linux commands, log analysis, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and defect investigation skills.\n\nExcellent writing, comprehension, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to write clear test cases, defect reports, test summaries, and stakeholder updates.\n\nAbility to understand complex requirements, technical documents, API specifications, and production issues with minimal
