containerized microservices, and API ecosystems - will be critical to enabling secure, scalable, and resilient platforms that power StarHub’s digital evolution.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivery & Agile Management\nDrive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintain team rhythm and cadence.\nManage backlog hygiene, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized.\nPlan and execute phased delivery strategies, ensuring release readiness through Blue/Green deployments, canary releases, and feature flagging.\nTrack delivery health through velocity, throughput, and scope stability metrics.\nIdentify and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-domain dependencies early.\nMaintain clear delivery dashboards and status reporting to senior stakeholders.\nTechnical Coordination & Planning\nPartner with Domain Owners and Tech Leads to align on architecture, delivery scope, and capacity planning.\nCoordinate with DevOps and QA/QE teams to ensure readiness for integration, testing, and release.\nSupport implementation of continuous delivery and observability practices across teams.\nDefine, Monitor and report on key delivery KPIs, including deployment frequency, Mean Time To Recovery, defect Leakage rate, change failure rate ensuring all releases meet defined Service Level Objectives and performance baselines.\nParticipate in sprint demos and ensure acceptance criteria are met for each increment.\nStakeholder & Cross-Domain Collaboration\nWork with Journey Solution Designers (SDs) and Release Program Managers (RPMs) to align sprint deliverables to journey-level milestones.\nCollaborate with Journey Owners (JOs) and business stakeholders to clarify priorities and expected outcomes.\nCommunicate risks, decisions, and delivery trade-offs clearly across key stakeholders.\nContinuous Improvement & Governance\nDrive adoption of agile and DevOps best practices across DXP teams.\nAnalyze delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities in velocity, predictability, and quality.\nSupport incident RCA reviews and ensure learnings are converted into actionable backlog improvements.\nContribute to standardized delivery governance, templates, and documentation across domains.\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.\nAgile, PMP, or DevOps certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred.\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in software delivery or digital product management, with at least 3 years in a technical project management, delivery lead or scrum master capacity.\nDemonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architecture (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS), and backend service delivery\nStrong understanding of API management, event-driven architecture, observability tooling and modern deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, Feature Flags).\nStrong familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Monday.com, Splunk.\nExperience in telecommunications, digital platform delivery, or large-scale integration programs is an advantage.\nSkills\nDeep understanding of agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery practices.\nAbility to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans.\nTechnical fluency with backend engineering patterns and delivery pipelines\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset with a bias for execution.\nHighly organized, proactive, and
