in a DataOpsor cloud-native environment, preferably across data ingestion, transformation, and machine learning pipelines- with a solid understanding of Snowflake, AWS, CI/CD, MLOpsand observability frameworks,and end-to-end delivery metrics.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivery & Agile Management\nDrive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintainteam rhythm and cadence.\n\nManage backlog hygiene, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized.\n\nPlan and execute phased delivery strategies across multiple environments (DEV/SIT/PROD) within AWS and Snowflake ecosystems.\n\nTrack delivery health through velocity, throughput, data quality SLAs, and pipeline stability metrics.\n\nIdentifyand resolve blockers, risks, and cross-domain dependencies early.\n\nMaintain clear deliverydashboards and status reporting to senior stakeholders.\n\nEnsure alignment between Data Engineering, Platform DevOps, and Analytics/ML teams for synchronized delivery.\n\nTechnical Coordination & Planning\nPartner with Domain Owners,Data Source Owners, Data Architects & Engineersto align deliverables to data and analytics milestones.\n\nCoordinate with DevOps and QA/QE teams to ensure readiness for integration, testing, and release.\n\nCoordinate delivery dependencies with external partners across ingestion, migration, and ML projects.\n\nSupport Domain Ownersand report on key DataOpsKPIs, including ingestion success rate, pipeline failure rate, data freshness, and platform cost utilization..\n\nParticipate in sprint demos and ensure acceptance criteria are met for each increment.\n\nStakeholder & Cross-Domain Collaboration\nWork with Data Owners, Business Unit Data Leads (CBG, EBG, FIN, COPS, SmartHub), and Release Program Managersto align sprint deliverables to journey-level milestones.\n\nCollaborate with Journey Owners (JOs) and business stakeholders to clarify priorities and expected outcomes.\n\nCoordinate delivery dependencies with external partners across ingestion, migration, and ML projects.\n\nCommunicate risks, decisions, and deliverytrade-offs clearly across keystakeholders.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Governance\nDrive adoption of agile, DataOps, MLOpsand cloud automationbest practices across DXP Data teams.\n\nAnalyzedelivery and operational metricsto identifyimprovement opportunities in throughput, cost efficiency, and data quality.\n\nSupport incident RCA reviews and platform post-mortems, ensuring learnings are captured and converted intoactionable backlog improvements.\n\nContribute to standardized deliverygovernance, templates, and documentation across domains.\n\nChampion cost optimization and monitoring frameworks for Snowflake warehouses, AWS usage, and data pipeline efficiency.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in datascience, Information Systems, Business Analyticsor related field.\n\nAgile, PMP, or DevOps certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SnowProCore) preferred.\n\nExperience\n8+ years of experience indata platform delivery, data ops & quality management, or analytics program management, with at least 3 years in a technicalproject management, delivery leador scrum mastercapacity.\n\nProven track recordmanaging data engineering teams delivering pipelines and analytics workloads via CI/CDwithin AWS and Snowflakearchitectures..\n\nProven experience coordinating ingestion, modeling, and ML engineering deliveriesbased on modern data tech stackssuch as Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Airbyte,NiFiand AWS SageMaker.\n\nStrong understanding of DataOpsautomation, role-based access control, data security, and cost optimizationin cloud data environments..\n\nHands-on levelfamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Monday.com, Snowflake, SQL, dashboarding.\n\nExperience in telecommunications, dataplatform delivery, or enterprise analyticsprograms is an advantage.\n\nSkills\nDeep understanding of agiledata engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps
