You will work closely with Software Engineering, Product, Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, secure, accessible, and positioned to drive informed decision-making across the organization.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a data professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building modern data architectures, and enabling impactful analytics and reporting capabilities.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.\n\nBuild and support data integrations across internal and external systems.\n\nDevelop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and data models to support reporting and analytics.\n\nEnsure the quality, integrity, consistency, and availability of enterprise data assets.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance and reliability.\n\nCollaborate with software engineers to integrate data solutions into applications and products.\n\nPartner with business and analytics teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.\n\nImplement data validation, monitoring, and quality assurance processes.\n\nSupport data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance initiatives.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.\n\nEvaluate and recommend improvements to data architecture, tools, and processes.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, database development, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience designing, developing, and supporting ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.\n\nHands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.\n\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience within healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, healthcare data, or other regulated industries.\n\nExperience with cloud-based data platforms in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale data warehousing and analytics environments.\n\nKnowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.\n\nRelevant cloud, data engineering, or database certifications.\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nAdvanced SQL and database development knowledge.\n\nExperience with ETL/ELT tools, workflow automation, and data orchestration platforms.\n\nExperience with technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar solutions.\n\nProficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages used for data engineering.\n\nKnowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and modern data architecture principles.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, system integrations, and file-based data exchange methods.\n\nExperience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of data security, privacy, and access management practices.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and performance bonus program\n\nFully remote work environment\n\nComprehensive benefits package including 401k match\n\n19 days of PTO per year; 10 holidays per year\n\nOpportunity to work in a mission-driven organization where your work directly shapes clarity, confidence, and better outcomes across healthcare\n\nTravel\nUp to 10% travel, based on business needs.  While our roles are 100% remote, we do get together a few times a year for up to one week.  Employees are given ample notice and attendance is expected.\n\nWork Environment\nThis position operates primarily in a remote work environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing work at a desk or workstation. The base compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
