The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the administration, performance, security, availability, and maintenance of Staritas' database environments. This role supports the organization's healthcare technology platforms by ensuring the integrity, reliability, and scalability of critical data systems. The Database Administrator works closely with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Infrastructure teams to optimize database performance, implement best practices, and support business and customer needs. About the Role Administer, monitor, maintain, and support production and non-production database environments. Ensure database performance, availability, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and optimization. Perform database installations, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages.
