The Director will partner with technology and business leaders to deliver secure, trusted, and business-ready data solutions that support organizational growth and innovation.\nDefine and execute the enterprise data engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model.\nLead and develop high-performing teams of managers, architects, and data engineers.\nOversee the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, and analytical data products.\nEstablish standards for data architecture, integration, governance, quality, security, observability, and DataOps.\nDrive modernization initiatives that improve scalability, reduce technical debt, and enhance operational efficiency.\nEnable AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and self-service reporting through trusted data foundations.\nPartner with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align data initiatives with business objectives.\nManage technology investments, vendor relationships, budgets, and resource planning.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n12+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, architecture, analytics engineering, or enterprise data platform leadership.\n7+ years leading technical teams in complex enterprise environments.\nExperience developing enterprise data strategies, governance programs, and modernization roadmaps.\nStrong expertise with cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT frameworks, data warehousing, data integration, and production operations.\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical databases.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or hybrid cloud environments.\nExperience with Informatica or similar enterprise integration platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a related discipline.\nExperience with Informatica IDMC, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, dbt, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Power BI, and related technologies.\nExperience supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives.\nExperience leading large-scale data modernization programs in regulated or data-driven industries.\nTechnical Skills\nEnterprise data integration and data management platforms\nCloud-based data architecture and engineering\nData warehousing, lakehouse, and analytical platforms\nDataOps, observability, and operational excellence\nData governance, metadata management, and lineage\nModern orchestration and transformation frameworks\nBusiness intelligence and analytics technologies, including Power BI\nAgile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and source control platforms such as GitHub and GitLab\nProject collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and performance bonus program\nFully remote work environment\nComprehensive benefits package including 401k match\n19 days of PTO per year; 10 holidays per year\nOpportunity to work in a mission-driven organization where your work directly shapes clarity, confidence, and better outcomes across healthcare\nTravel\nUp to 10% travel, based on business needs. The base compensation range for this position is $165,000 - $175,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
