In this role, you'll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and product innovation, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to solve meaningful challenges and deliver measurable value.\nAbout the Role\nDefine and execute the product roadmap for analytics and decision-support solutions.\nPartner with customers to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver data-driven and AI-powered capabilities.\nLead customer discovery, Voice of Customer programs, and usability testing.\nDevelop dashboards, alerts, benchmarks, recommendations, and workflow solutions that drive action and measurable value.\nManage product backlogs, requirements, and Agile delivery processes.\nSupport product launches, customer presentations, and go-to-market initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\n5-7 years of healthcare product management experience.\nExperience with analytics, business intelligence, decision support, or data-driven product development.\nStrong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.\nExperience conducting customer research and Voice of Customer programs.\nExperience delivering AI-enabled product capabilities.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in healthcare supply chain, value analysis, capital planning, sourcing, risk management, or healthcare analytics.\nFamiliarity with healthcare systems such as ERP, EHR, MMIS, CMMS, procurement, or supply chain platforms.\nExperience improving healthcare workflows and decision-support processes.\nInternational or localization product experience.\nTechnical Skills\nMicrosoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nJira, Confluence, Aha!, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Power BI, or similar product and analytics tools\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and performance bonus program\nFully remote work environment\nComprehensive benefits package including 401k match\n19 days of PTO per year; 10 holidays per year\nOpportunity to work in a mission-driven organization where your work directly shapes clarity, confidence, and better outcomes across healthcare\nTravel\nUp to 10% travel, based on business needs. The base compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $185,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
