We're looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager who will be responsible for measuring product performance and delivering actionable insights that support product strategy and business objectives. This role partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and other relevant business stakeholders to define key metrics, evaluate customer behavior, and drive data-informed decision-making.\nAbout the Role\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor product adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes.\nDefine and maintain product performance metrics, KPI's, and reporting standards.\nAnalyze customer behavior, usage trends, and product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport roadmap prioritization and strategic planning through data-driven insights and recommendations.\nDevelop business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses for product initiatives.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Leadership teams to evaluate product success and business impact.\nEnsure consistency and accuracy of product reporting and data governance practices.\nSupport predictive analytics, AI-driven initiatives, and advanced reporting efforts as applicable.\nCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.\nFamiliarity with predictive analytics, AI, or machine learning concepts experience; this includes experience with building customer health dashboards.\nExperience developing dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, or SaaS organizations.\nExperience working with large datasets and business intelligence platforms.\nFamiliarity with predictive analytics, AI, or machine learning concepts.\nTechnical Skills\nProficient with Microsoft Office 365.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and other analytics and reporting tools.\nDemonstrated experience of using metric-based applications such as Pendo or similar applications.\nNPS experience is a must.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and performance bonus program\nFully remote work environment\nComprehensive benefits package including 401k match\n19 days of PTO per year; 10 holidays per year\nOpportunity to work in a mission-driven organization where your work directly shapes clarity, confidence, and better outcomes across healthcare\nTravel\nUp to 20% travel, based on business needs. The base compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $185,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
