This role sits at the intersection of online order fulfillment, final-mile delivery, and vendor management, ensuring every customer order moves seamlessly from purchase to doorstep while maintaining the elevated service standards expected of a luxury brand.\nAs STARK continues to expand its direct-to-consumer business, this individual will play a critical role in coordinating fulfillment operations across third-party logistics partners, delivery vendors, and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from order placement through delivery.\nJob Responsibilities:\nCoordinate day-to-day ecommerce fulfillment operations with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, and on-time shipment of customer orders.\nManage final-mile and white glove delivery scheduling, serving as the primary liaison between delivery vendors, clients, and internal Account Managers.\nMonitor orders throughout the fulfillment lifecycle-from purchase through delivery-and maintain accurate records within ERP, OMS, and SharePoint systems.\nHold delivery and labor vendors accountable to STARK's service and quality standards, escalating performance issues when necessary.\nReview and approve labor and delivery invoices against agreed-upon pricing and process approvals through the online payment system.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customer delivery inquiries, proactively troubleshooting issues and ensuring resolutions that reflect STARK's luxury service standards.\nRetrieve, organize, and maintain delivery documentation, site photos, and post-installation records within SharePoint.\nTrack key fulfillment and delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, damage rates, and delivery confirmations.\nPartner with the 5-Star Customer Experience and Claims teams to resolve escalated ecommerce order issues.\nAssist in identifying and implementing process improvements to support the continued growth and scalability of STARK's ecommerce operations.\nPerform other tasks and duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, or a related operations role.\nExperience working with ecommerce fulfillment processes, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and/or final-mile or white glove delivery operations preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP, OMS, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and changing business needs.\nInterest in luxury home furnishings, interior design, or high-end retail is a plus.\nBenefits:\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nSupplemental Benefits\nGreat Paid Time Off Policy\n401(k) Match\nPlease note: At this time, we are not engaging with third-party or agency recruiters for this position.
