You will serve as the first point of contact for labor law inquiries, manage HR administration, and support operations. Your expertise in HR operations will help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.\nResponsibilities\nSupport employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.\nSupport payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data.\nHandle administrative HR tasks, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases.\nAssist in developing and optimizing HR processes for efficiency and scalability.\nCollaborate with other HR team members to enhance the overall employee experience.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.\nProfound experience with HR administration, payroll processes, and labor laws.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills with a people-first mindset.\nFluent in both German and English (written and spoken).\nAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.\nProactive and structured approach to work with attention to detail.\nExperience with HR software and digital tools\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.\nAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous
