If you’re ready to do challenging work in a fast-paced, collegial environment, we want to hear from you.\nResponsibilities:\nDraft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and procedural motions.\nFamiliarity with civil procedure.\nManage case timelines and deadlines.\nMaintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant third parties.\nPerform accurate data entry and case updates in FileVine.\nSupport case investigations by identifying at-fault parties and assessing liability. \nCommunicate regularly with clients to gather information on injuries, treatment, and financial losses.\nObtain and organize medical records, billing documentation, and related materials to support damages claims.\nIdentify and evaluate applicable health insurance coverage and potential liens.\nDraft demand letters and other legal documents; strong writing skills required.\nPrepare cases for settlement, litigation, and trial, including exhibit and visual aid creation.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, with hands-on knowledge of both pre-litigation and litigation case management.\nFamiliarity with legal procedures in Pennsylvania.\nParalegal certificate or associate’s degree required.\nProficient in Microsoft Office with ability to quickly learn new legal technology. \nDetail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and follow-through skills. \nExcellent research, writing, and communication abilities.\nDemonstrated commitment to client service and professionalism. \nCompensation & Benefits\nStark & Stark is committed to the health and well-being of its staff members.
