The successful candidate will have an exceptional opportunity to continue their professional development in a challenging but collegial environment.\nResponsibilities:\nThe position will be responsible for all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors’ rights litigation, with an emphasis on drafting pleadings; conducting written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and handling oral motion hearings. Experience handling real estate lease disputes, equipment lease disputes, bank workouts, commercial foreclosures replevin actions and bankruptcy litigation is a plus.\nQualifications\nQualifications and Skills:\nThree to five years of experience in commercial, real estate and/or creditors’ rights litigation.\nTrial experience, including first- or second-chair responsibility in at least two cases tried to conclusion.\nExcellent research, writing, negotiation, drafting, and oral communication skills.\nSound judgment, integrity, and professionalism.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, work independently, collaborate effectively, and solve problems.\nAdmission to the Pennsylvania bar is required.
