The Corporate Accounting Manager focuses primarily on matters involving balance sheet accounting but will also effectively communicate and collaborate with the Business Unit Controllers on P&L-related accounting matters as needed. The Corporate Accounting Manager will directly supervise and mentor one or more staff/senior accountants.\nCompensation\nThe expected pay range for this position is $93,170- $124,009 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.\nStark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nWork Experience\nBachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA preferred.\nFive (5) years of related accounting experience required, including experience in corporate accounting, general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close.\nTwo (2) years of people leadership experience required based on the scope of the position, including coaching, performance management, and development of accounting professionals.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting applications.\nExperience with banking platforms and treasury management systems preferred.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting principles.\nExperience with month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, accruals, debt, equity, payroll accounting, and financial statement preparation.\nKnowledge of treasury operations, cash management, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, ACH, wire transfers, and internal controls.\nExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, external audits, and continuous process improvement.\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\nMust be able to pass pre-employment screenings.\nValid driver’s license (if travel is required).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar professional certification preferred.\nExperience in a multi-entity or shared services environment.\nExperience supporting acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations.\nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
