This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for the overall performance and continued growth of the branch, including P&L ownership, sales and operational performance, customer relationships, and team leadership.\nAs Branch General Manager, you'll set the direction for the business while staying connected to the customers, teams, and market that drive its success. You'll partner across Stark Tech to identify growth opportunities, strengthen operational performance, develop talent, and ensure our New Jersey business is positioned for long-term success.\nCompensation for this role extends beyond base salary. Branch GMs participate in Stark’s annual performance-based incentive program, which rewards achievement against company, branch and individual objectives. The compensation structure also provides meaningful additional upside for leaders who drive sustained EBITDA growth and create incremental value in their business.\nWhat you'll do\nLead the overall performance of the New Jersey branch, with ownership of revenue, profitability, budgets, operating costs, and P&L results.\nDevelop and execute business strategies that support growth across Integration sales and services.\nIdentify opportunities to expand our customer base, strengthen market presence, and grow existing relationships.\nPartner with Sales leadership on annual planning, sales targets, pipeline development, account strategy, and cross-selling opportunities.\nMonitor key business metrics including backlog, gross profit, forecast accuracy, pipeline, margins, DSO, service delivery, and workforce utilization.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, mechanical and electrical contractors, and other industry partners.\nEnsure strong operational execution across project delivery, service, safety, customer experience, and business processes.\nLead, coach, and develop team members while creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nMake thoughtful staffing and organizational decisions that support current business needs and future growth.\nRepresent Stark Tech in the New Jersey market through customer, industry, and community engagement.\nWork Experience\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.\n7+ years of experience in the Building Automation and/or construction industry.\n5+ years of management or leadership experience.\nStrong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L.\nDemonstrated success developing and executing profitable growth and sales strategies.\nExperience leading teams and driving results across multiple business functions.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers.\nAbility to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day business and operational needs.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel up to 35% as business needs require.\nCompensation\nThe expected pay range for this position is $160,773 - $264,127 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.\nStark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire.
