Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\nWork Experience\nAssociate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.\nAt least 5 years’ experience working independently processing union payroll and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements required.\nMultiple state payroll experience is a plus. \nPrior experience with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage at the federal, state and county level.\nWorking knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws required.\nExperience with UKG preferred, experience with Vista and or Kronos a plus.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products required.\nAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.\nStrong communication and customer service skills required.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. \nBenefits\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
